Stephanie Wiese earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Endicott College, School of Hospitality Management, in Beverly, Massachusetts, in 2010.

Her career in Hospitality began shortly after when she took a position as a Front Desk Agent at a full-service, luxury property, Casa Marina Resort, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, in Key West, Florida. She quickly became the Front Office Manager and then the VIP Manager, overseeing both the Casa Marina Resort and its sister property, formerly known as The Reach Resort, A Waldorf Astoria Resort.

In 2004, Stephanie moved to Orlando, Florida, as the Front Office Manager of the 1,001 room, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek before being promoted to Assistant Director of Front Office at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. After spending two years in this position, Stephanie returned to Key West, FL where she spent two more years as the Director of Operations at Key West Marriott Beachside.

Currently, Stephanie oversees the three properties, Key West Marriott Beachside, Coconut Beach Resort, and Stock Island Yacht Club. In addition, she is on the Board for the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys and Key West, as well as the Hospitality Advisory Committee for the College of the Florida Keys.
