Mr. Sims joined Spottswood Companies, Inc. in 2018 as Vice President of Spottswood Management Inc.

He formerly worked for Lever Energy Capital, where he originated financing for commercial development projects. Prior to that, he worked in CO at Clean Energy Collective, as a member of the Business Development team after attending Colorado University, Boulder. During his time in the energy industry, he established industry relations and implemented strategic and collaborative business development efforts across the United States. 

Mr. Sims has experience within the hospitality industry in the U.S and South East Asia markets, working both in operations and new project development.
