Robert A. Spottswood was born in Key West, Florida in 1957. Mr. Spottswood graduated from Key West High School in 1975, the University of Florida in 1979 and the University of Miami, School of Law in 1982. Mr. Spottswood was a partner in the Miami law firm of Taylor, Brion, Buker & Greene until 1992 specializing in corporate law. Mr. Spottswood is President of Spottswood Companies, Inc., Vice Chairman of Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Inc., Director of First State Bank, of counsel to the law firm of Spottswood, Spottswood & Spottswood, and has served on many civic, community and charitable boards including the Key West Bight Board, Greater Miami and Florida Keys Chapter of the American Red Cross, Police Athletic League, Community Foundation of the Florida Keys and Key West Art & Historical Society.
After practicing law in Miami for ten years, Mr. Spottswood returned home to Key West to create Spottswood Companies, Inc., which has grown to become one of the leading real estate development, property management and hospitality businesses in the Florida Keys. Since 1992 Spottswood Companies has been responsible for the development of the Hyatt Vacation Club, Hyatt Sunset Harbor Resort, Hyatt Beach House Resort, Hyatt Windward Pointe Resort, Beachside Resort & Conference Center, Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club, The Islander, Holiday Inn Florida Keys, Days Inn Key West, Holiday Inn Key West, Comfort Inn Key West and the Radisson Hotel Key West. Today, Spottswood Companies is one of the Keys' largest private employers. Mr. Spottswood is an attorney, certified public accountant and licensed real estate broker.

Ms. Spottswood has studied a broad spectrum of design and healing arts. Her studies ranged from Interior Design at the Institute of Art in Denver, Colorado, The Rocky Mt. Center for Botanical Studies in Boulder, Colorado to the Gemological Institute of
America for Jewelry design in New York City, to studies abroad in New Dehli, India. 'Fawni' acts as the group's liaison to the professional architects and designers, insuring the resorts and projects reflect the true spirit of the Florida Keys as well as a high aesthetic and International standard.

Mr. Moore, a Certified Public Accountant, is a graduate of the University Of Florida Fisher School Of Accounting. He began his career at Ernst & Young and started practicing in Key West in 1977. Currently, he is a Managing Partner at Moore & Spottswood, serves on the board of First State Bank and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Moore has been involved in numerous community organizations and received the honor of being inducted into the Key West Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame. He is a past President of the University of Florida Alumni Association and also a past president of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Webb graduated from the University of Florida in 1977 and the University of Florida School of Law in 1980. He is the senior hospitality partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP and is based in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Webb also serves as treasurer of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), based in Washington, D.C. During a leave of absence from the firm in 2000, he served as president of the Orlando development company, Island One, Inc.

Ms. Miller is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with an undergraduate degree in business and from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Masters of Business Administration. Ms. Miller worked in accounting at Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta and in financial services at Deloitte in New York City before moving to Key West in 2007. She is a board member of the Key West Theater and Community Stage.
Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations
Mr. Taylor is a Certified Hotel Administrator and a licensed Florida Community Association Manager. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from High Point University (NC).
Mr. Taylor’s hospitality career began as a front desk agent in 1983 and he progressed through several positions, including hotel controller and property general manager. Prior to moving to Key West in 2005, he was an area GM for Boykin Management Company where he supervised the operations for select and full service properties in North Carolina and Virginia. He led the management transition to assume control of one property while acting as the sole management representative as two assets were sold and management terminated. While managing a full service convention hotel in North Carolina, Mr. Taylor served two terms as Chair of the High Point Convention and Visitors Bureau and was named to the Board of Visitors for High Point University.
His previous positions with Spottswood Management include area general manager and procurement officer. In 2009 he was named Key West General Manager of the Year by the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys and Key West; an organization for which he has served as board member and as treasurer since 2008.
